Triumph Cleveland’s shipping policy explains how we handle both Parts, Clothing and Accessory (PAC) shipments and motorcycle/vehicle deliveries. PAC orders may qualify for free ground shipping within the continental U.S., with flat-rate shipping available on other eligible U.S. orders and international forwarding available through MyUS.com. Vehicle shipments are arranged separately and may be available across the contiguous 48 states, to Alaska and Hawaii by special arrangement, and internationally by custom quote. All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on availability, carrier scheduling, route logistics, destination, and other factors outside of Triumph Cleveland’s control. Parts, Clothing and Accessory (PAC)

PAC Shipments to Contiguous 48 US States

Triumph Cleveland offers free ground shipping on all orders over $99, with a flat shipping rate of $14.99 on everything else when shipped within the continental USA. Some items are classified as Oversize Items and may have special handling charges included. These oversize items are clearly identified during the shopping process. Oversize Items include certain sets of seats, exhaust systems, fairings, stands, handlebars, etc.

PAC Shipments to Alaska + Hawaii

Triumph Cleveland offers standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii for a flat shipping rate of $14.99. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders shipping to these locations cannot be expedited.

International PAC Shipments

Triumph Cleveland has partnered with MyUS.com, the No. 1 international shipping service, to deliver to over 200 countries worldwide. MyUs.com is an international mail forwarder – create your MyUs.com account to get your unique U.S. address to use at checkout then MyUs.com will confirm your order is correct and deliver to your international address.

PAC Shipping Method Explanations

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For more specific delivery ETA on exact item(s) you’d like to purchase please call us at 216-920-2727 or email at cs@triumphcleveland.com before placing your order.

Not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times. In some cases we will split the order and ship your packages out individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in attempt to get you your orders as quickly as possible.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Thursday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Thursday evening or Friday morning.

Most shipments utilize UPS or USPS

PAC Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-up requests, are not always possible (depending on the carrier). Requests to change an address may be subject to a $20.00 fee per package, if accepted.  Triumph Cleveland reserves the right to deny a request at any time.

PAC Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed as they are immediately put into our automated fulfillment system. Once all the items have been shipped and received, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at 234-248-4457 or get your return started online.

Motorcycles/Vehicles

Triumph Cleveland offers vehicle shipping for qualifying motorcycle purchases. This allows riders to complete a purchase remotely and have the vehicle delivered to an approved location. Each vehicle is prepared, inspected, and released for transport before leaving Triumph Cleveland.

This policy applies to vehicle shipments only. Parts, accessories, apparel, and other merchandise may be covered under a separate shipping policy.

Vehicle Shipments to Contiguous 48 US States

Triumph Cleveland offers vehicle shipping throughout the contiguous 48 United States.

Standard vehicle delivery typically ranges from $139 to $589, depending on the delivery location, distance from Triumph Cleveland, carrier availability, and route logistics. Final shipping cost will be confirmed before shipment is scheduled.

Estimated delivery time typically ranges from 1 to 35 days after the vehicle is ready for transport. Shorter regional deliveries may arrive faster, while longer-distance or cross-country shipments may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipment timing may be affected by distance, routing, carrier availability, weather, traffic, road conditions, or other factors outside of Triumph Cleveland’s control.

Before a vehicle is released for shipment, the purchase must be complete, required documents must be signed, payment must be finalized, and shipping arrangements must be confirmed.

Vehicle Shipments to Alaska + Hawaii

Standard vehicle shipping does not include Alaska or Hawaii.

Vehicle shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may be available by special arrangement and require a custom quote. Pricing, timing, carrier availability, port requirements, documentation, and delivery method may vary based on the final destination.

Additional freight charges, handling charges, storage charges, port fees, or special logistics fees may apply. Triumph Cleveland will review the available options and provide an estimated quote before shipment is scheduled.

International Vehicle Shipments

International vehicle shipping may be available by custom quote — these include by sea, air, individual and container.

International shipments require additional review due to destination rules, export requirements, documentation needs, customs processes, duties, taxes, port handling, and local import regulations.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for all international shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, import documentation, registration requirements, compliance requirements, and any destination-specific charges.

International shipment timelines are estimates only and may vary based on carrier schedules, customs processing, port congestion, documentation delays, and destination-country requirements.

Vehicle Shipping Method Explanations

Triumph Cleveland uses  professional motorcycle transport carriers with enclosed trailers for vehicle shipments.

Enclosed trailer transport helps protect the vehicle from weather, road debris, and general exposure during transit. Vehicles are handled by carriers experienced in motorcycle transportation, including pickup, loading, transport, unloading, and delivery coordination.

Vehicles are insured while in transit. Transport insurance is intended to help protect against damage that may occur during shipment. Upon delivery, the buyer or authorized recipient should inspect the vehicle before accepting delivery.

Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to Triumph Cleveland as soon as possible. Photos should be taken before signing delivery paperwork when possible.

Delivery locations must be safe and accessible for the transport carrier. Some residential streets, driveways, apartment complexes, gated areas, or business locations may not be accessible due to trailer size, parking restrictions, road restrictions, or safety concerns. In those cases, the carrier may arrange a nearby meeting point that is safe for unloading.

An adult buyer or authorized recipient must be available to receive the vehicle at the scheduled delivery time.

Vehicle Shipping Changes/Reroutes

Once vehicle shipping has been scheduled, changes may result in additional charges.

A $250 reroute charge applies to approved shipment changes after transport has been scheduled. Additional freight charges may also apply if the delivery address changes, the route changes, the carrier must adjust scheduling, or special handling is required.

Shipping change requests may include, but are not limited to:

• Changing the delivery address
• Changing the delivery contact
• Requesting a different delivery location
• Requesting a route adjustment
• Requesting a delivery hold
• Changing the delivery state or region after scheduling

All shipping changes must be reviewed and approved by Triumph Cleveland and/or the transport carrier. Some changes may not be possible once the vehicle has been picked up or once the carrier is already in transit.

If a delivery location is inaccessible, incorrect, or unavailable at the time of delivery, additional charges may apply. These may include reroute fees, redelivery fees, storage fees, waiting time, or additional freight charges.

Vehicle Shipment Cancellation

Once vehicle shipping has been scheduled, cancellation may result in additional charges.

A $250 cancellation charge applies to approved shipment cancellations after transport has been scheduled. Additional freight charges may also apply if the carrier has already accepted the shipment, adjusted routing, dispatched equipment, picked up the vehicle, or incurred costs related to the shipment.

If a shipment is canceled after the vehicle has been picked up, the buyer may be responsible for all applicable freight charges, return freight charges, storage fees, carrier cancellation fees, or other related expenses.

Shipment cancellation does not cancel the vehicle purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing by Triumph Cleveland. Any request to cancel a vehicle purchase is handled separately from shipment cancellation and may be subject to the terms of the purchase agreement, finance agreement, deposit policy, or other signed documents.

Vehicle Delivery Acceptance

By accepting delivery, the buyer or authorized recipient acknowledges receipt of the vehicle.

The vehicle should be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible shipping-related damage should be documented with photos and noted with the carrier before signing delivery paperwork when possible.

Questions or concerns about vehicle condition at delivery should be reported to Triumph Cleveland as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed with the carrier.
